Review content:
I worked at Ace of Hearts for last summer before going to Vet. Tech School. I dont know how thise employees have worked there so long. People think that just because it's in the Valley things should be cheap or free. People buy pets from other places and come into the shop wanting us to tell them how to take care of them. They bring sick puppies in daily and they want free Vet care & when you say were not a Vet. they still want you to tell them what to do for free because thay cant afford to go to a Vet. I had one lady insisting that we take her Medicade & give her chihuahua an emegency C-Section cause the puppies were stuck. We got 6 to 8 calls a day on people wanting shots on sick puppies. Another 10 calls a day wanting to know about shots. Everyone deserves to have a pet, but people need to educate themselves on how to take care of their pets and what the City & County laws say. I no longer want to be a Vet Tech. U have a group of very responsible pet owners. But theres a lot of irresponsible pet owners and the outcome is very sad. Just ask Animal Control how many pupies they picked up dying from parvo in the last 12 months. FYI there has never been a man that works there. I'm PRO SPAY & NEUTERING!!!!!!!
