Jamie is the best! I have been taking pilates with Jamie twice a week for over a year now. Her classes are tough and challenging (which i love) and she pushes me (which i need), but in a very encouraging and supportive way, with lots of attention to form (yippee!). My mom was just in town and i had to have her try her first pilates class ever with Jamie, bc she is just fantastic. There really aren't enough words to express how amazing pilates is with Jamie, i am hooked!! You must go asap.
