Mr. Steven Brannen has work on a number of mid-sized construction projects on two homes owned in The Landings. We are now venturing on a larger remodeling job and I would trust my house to no one else. He does what is promised, and never with major issues. If he encounters a problem, he doesn't skip past it, just to complete the task. And most importantly, he has a talented team of professionals.\r
As a remote owner wishing to be permenently in Savannah, he is only one of two people I trust to provide a key to my home and without reservation.
