Review content:
The pizza itself (when not undercooked) is quite good but the service lacks qualities. In person I was delegated to waiting since the cashier was interacting with an old friend. On the phone I was told to yell my order in a harsh tone because the person working the phone could not hear me. I love Chicago style pizza so I tolerate the service to enjoy the food. The next closest pizza with better than average taste is too far away. For a Cubs/Bulls/Bears fan it is interesting to see all the decorations.
