Review content:
Neighbors is great. The food is great. The atmosphere is great. But I've had better service. My co-workers and I went there for lunch twice and both times we were disappointed in the waitresses we had. One in particular was actually quite rude. I'm not sure if it is because we are younger and therefor not as important or if she was just having a bad day. Whatever the reason - we won't be heading there for lunch again. The DO have the very best oil/vinegar and bread. Sadly for me, those couple of times we were there, we were given some sort of butter which was not even close to as good. :( I'll still go during the evening with my husband. I hope they don't give me more reason to avoid this delicious restaurant.
