If you are tired of rookie sales people, come to Carlsen. I talked to Mike B who has been doing this for over 20 years! This experience really pays off! In fact all the staff there has been there for ever! Service gives loaners, Parts has a great selection and you can buy online and since they are in the top 10 in the nation for sales, they have a great selection. If you care about service and knowledge, you should go to Carlsen. Its a bit hard to find in Redwood City, but in my opinion well worth it!
