Review content:
Once visited this office frequently for my dentistry work. They changed locations, hired new staff for lower pay, I am sure, and the practice went right down the toilet. Have now been there several times where I have had to wait in excess of 30 minutes without staff even recognizing that I am there. Have also witnessed altercations and arguments between admin. staff and have had the pleasure of overhearing phone conversations that were personal in nature but contained very foul language. We've changed family practices with a few of our friends who also were unhappy. Their offices may not be as fancy but they definitely have a more polite professional staff and less wait time and an acknowledgment that they are running behind.

Cons: Long wait times, rude admin. staff, flippant dentists
