Okay, the place still needs a major updating, as I pointed out last time. But I'm told it is about to undergo extensive renovations, so the problem is probably being approached. I hope the renovations don't push the rents up, however. This is probably a forlorn wish. Managers have changed, and the quality varies with whomever is on duty. But, by and large, the staff is very friendly and cooperative, and the place is still quiet. I am told by visitors that the apartments are much quieter than theirs. I assume there are sound barriers in place in the walls.\r
