I sent a ""premium"" tulip order to some dear friends this weekend and it was the most embarassing gift I've ever given. Upon arrival, the vase was absolutely filthy and had a bar code sticker still attached to it. The gift tag was barely readable because it, too, was dirty and wet. The flowers were mediocre and certainly nothing I would consider ""premium"", which I absolutely paid for (all this for $180). Finally, the flowers weren't even tulips, as I had specified. They were lilies! This, despite the fact that I checked a box on the Sans Souci web site noting that I would not accept a replacement of equal value to what I had ordered. The entire experience was appalling and I would absolutely NOT use Sans Souci.
Pros: The flowers arrived on time.
Cons: Considering what they sent, I would have preferred they had not arrived at all!
