I am very unhappy with this place. Took my 4 yr old and my soon to be 13 (in a few days) 12 yr old here. I only wanted to have my 4 yr old play in the playland because my other son was hit in the head by a car a few days before. The girl told me that as of the new yr they are charging all kids under 12 the fee no matter what. I told her he was 12 then she said oh its 12 and under. I tried explaining that my son could not use the playland bcuz his face, head, arms and hands were all messed up. He has stitches and everything!!! We ended up paying since we did drive 45 minutes we werent going to leave. I asked to speak to the manager who came out very miserable and rolling his eyes at me. This guy was rude. I explained everything to him and he told me he had to raise the price with everything going up. So I said to him well i have my baby here too do i have to pay for her and he said obviously not bcuz she cant do anything and i said well my son obviously cant do anything either. No sympathy or understanding from these people at all. I must say i don't mind paying their rate of $3.00 a kid if they can use the playland. There is no reason this place cant have a braclet or stamp for the kids that are playing considering they have staff standing at the playland the whole time pretty much doing nothing! To top it all off my son is turning 13 in a few days and u have to be under 12 to use it. I cant believe they can be so rude. I won't be going back. would rather go to chuck e cheese
