This place is a train wreck. If you ever want anything fixed...dont count on it. The maintenance men duck tape leaky drains, calk up mold in bathrooms, and nothing ever really gets fixed properly. The ""model"" apartment was beautiful, but obviously disbelieving. I would not recommend a basement apartment. We had water coming in through our bedroom wall, which made it smell and very moist and sticky. A dehumidifier had to run at all times because of the moisture. I contacted them many times about the water issues...but no one seemed to think that having a saturated carpet was that bad. At one point we had fleas for almost a month, but had no animals. We used two flea bombs on our apartment, but they would not go away, Finally after a month they sent someone out to fix the problem...but they made us bare with the fleas for about a month. The kids outside are destructive...they scratch up cars and are always up to no good. The people on the balconies are constantly watching you coming in and out of your apartment. They watch you unpack food from the store and some make suggestive comments. We finally had enough of the apartment when we began to have chest colds, sinus infections, and problems breathing at night. Under our carpeting was large amounts of black mold.
I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.
