Review content:
I would give 0 stars if I could, they owe me some stars! My car broke down on the way to summerfest last Sunday. I called Jim's Monday morning around 10:30, they offered to pick up my keys and tow it. After 6 hours of waiting and being told they were on there way still nothing. I get home from work and still nothing, so I decide to walk the keys down. When I get there the guy says they came to the door and no one answered which was impossible, he said they were going to tow it without a key and he would look at it in the morning. I left reassured, but questioning my decision to go with Jims. My wife on her way home from school at 10pm see’s that our car is still on the side of the road! So I had to have it towed to my house to avoid the city of Milwaukee towing it, luckily I had a spare key. My wife called Jeff’s automotive on Nicholson in Cudahy; they had it picked up in 20 mins. In the end Jim’s only had excuses and no sense of responsibility which is a terrible way to do business. Never. Again. Cons: not trustworthy and have no customer service skills
