Review content:
If you're lucky enough to get rid of the pests that seem to be everywhere, it's not too bad. The apartments are very spacious so that's good. The cabinets in the kitchen all have the same level of shelving so it's hard to find a spot for cereal or anything tall. The washer and dryer connections are in the kitchen leaving you little room. If you have anything that needs to be done by maintenance, you have to fill out a maintenance report and write down a date and time but they never come the day or time you put. I had a water leak for 2 weeks before they fixed it leaving me with a $500 utility bill over $400 of it being for water and sewage. They don't like to work with you. You don't hear anything through the walls to the other apartments, but you hear everything that happens outside. Children are everywhere screaming and yelling and banging on your doors. Not worth the price at all. You should think before you come live here. I'll be out sooner than I know.
