What should have been a simple tint job turned into an absolute nightmare! Staff seemed professional enough at first aside from being relatively young. I picked the car up 2 hours later, and the car was undriveable due to the clutch being broken. I immediately notified the technicians and found out there was no manager on duty. So great, a bunch of kids left alone with my expensive Audi for 2 hours! The staff immediately denied any kind of responsibility as well as the owner. Basically placing all blame on me. I attempted to resolve the matter with the owner to settle the damages who at that point did not want to have anything to do with it. I end up having to take them to small claims court where I LOST due to lack of evidence, so more time and money down the tubes!
