Review content:
I really like going to Glenwood and bar going to different bars. This past Sat. me and my friend ended up in Hi5, we had some drinks and I left the tab open and at the end of the night I wanted to have some shots and then pay out my tab. The bartender lost my card and then claimed that I never opened a tab. I told her she had my card so she came back with some guy that I assume was the manager because he was not wearing a black shirt he was wearing a white shirt he yelled at me stating that he did not have my card and told me he was going to kick me out if I did not leave but I was not going to leave with my card so he got me kicked out. I did not cause a scene I just told the bouncer that I wanted my card. The bouncer was more professional than the manager and helped me with the situation. After everyone left I went back inside and had another bartender help me find my card and when he couldn't find it he got another manager to talk to me this one was going to just give me his business card and let me leave but I refused to leave without my card so he asked me who was my bartender and I told him who it was then she came around really quick with my card and left even quicker. It was obvious that I wasn't at fault and requested that the other manager apologize for his mistake but even that was too much to ask. So I got treated like some stupid drunk, got yelled at, got kicked out, and had to wait an extra hour for the place to clear because someone did not do their job right. If you are going to go to this place make sure you bring cash so you wont have to go through the same experience I did. Pros: crowd Cons: Poor service due to managment
