Review content:
I've been a patient of Upstate Medical Rehabilitation for the better part of 7 years. I have chronic pain issues arising from several complications related to over 60 surgeries. The doctor that I see (Dr. David Shallcross) is an excellent doctor that has, on several occasions, suggested a medication change that was literally life-changing for me. I deal often with an inability to function some days, and the small change improved that a lot. The location of the office is great, being directly across the street from Greenville Memorial. Their policies are strict, as they need to be, but are very well spelled out in advance. Lines can be somewhat long at times, but usually another receptionist is available to sign in. The staff at the office is friendly and generally easy to work with. For anyone thinking of coming to Upstate Rehab. I would HIGHLY recommend the doctors and services of this medical group. They've helped me greatly, and continue to do so.
