I read all of these differrent reviews before I picked a store to buy from. The comments were not much help and I had to visit a few different places. I like flooritnow because it had a back area that they advertise as a backroom outlet. I needed to have some inexpensive carpet put in right away and they also advertise right now. Hugh and West made a few calls, and confirmed to me that my selection from the outlet back room could get in my house the next day and it did. That was really important. I paid for everything and then the next day the installers came and did everything. They were everything they advertised and I think it was worth telling everyone.
Pros: easy to get to, good service
Cons: back room outlet of flooritnow for immediate installation
