What the person below is not telling you is that this applicant was self employed, but refused to provide us with their tax returns. They were advised tax returns would be needed to verify their income when they submitted their application to our office. This requirement is also printed on our application, which they filled out and signed.
As this applicant would not comply with our repeated request for income information, the property was rented to another applicant whose income we could verify.
We apply the same qualifying procedures to all applicants
