I have a 2008 Saturn Vue, and recently had my vehicle in for service. After reading many of the negative reviews for this location online, I must admit I was a little apprehensive. However, I must admit I was glad I went! I was met promptly on the drive, by the service advisor who listened as I expressed my concerns, even asking questions when I couldn't exactly explain it (since the problem was intermit) I was then offered a loaner car, for no additional charge! I figured this was because I was under warranty, however the nice lady behind the counter explained this is a courtesy extended to all their service customers. My service advisor kept me informed about my vehicle thru out but I must admit I wasn't really worried since I had the loaner car. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the lady at the counter was very nice and pleasant and although my advisor was not there, one of his coworkers came and explained the work that was done and asked if I had any questions. When my vehicle came up, it was washed and vacuummed. I am so glad I did not listen to all the nay-sayers. I will be recommending this location to all my fellow Saturn owners..
Pros: convenience of a loaner vehicle
Cons: only a pepsi machine on the sales floor
