Review content:
Was required by an insurance company to use M&M for a rear panel on my car damaged by their client. M&M's estimate was twice as high as the shop (previous good experience) I would have preferred to use (had gotten an estimate from the other shop before I found I had to use M&M). M&M also managed to leave a drip of paint on my hood -I can't quite figure that out since it was a rear panel being repaired. I handwash this car myself and I know for certain that paint drip wasn't there before. The repair was satisfactory, timely finished & paint looks good, but think the panel could have been lined up better when they put it back on (there's a small gap) but the kid returning my car just shrugged it off and was only interested in getting me to sign off on it so they could collect their money -no one else was available to talk to about the panel or the drip.
