DO NOT got to these people they screwed my dad over so bad!!!!! I feel horrible and there is nothing i can do about it! So yes they did get him the ""10,000"" took 33% of it so 3333.33 dollars then they added misc fees such as faxes 188.00? really? Administartive fee 100.00... shouldnt an administrative fee be included in the big chunk of 33%?4 paper,mail,photocopies, INTEREST!!?? you name it they deducted out of his portion of the settlement... they also paid out some medical bills that he had been informed would be covered through the insurance company which totaled to be over 2000 dollars the total of his check ended up being a little less than 3000.00 and to make things worse he still owes over 5000 dollars to a medical clinic that they basically forced him to go because they kept telling him if he didnt continue treatment he will not get paid not even after he told them he was completly recovered.... apart from this they never kept him up to date with his case, he never got to talk to the actual lawyer and the receptionist was the really rude.....hope this helps you wanting to go to them... please stay away!!!
