I had significant restriction in my shoulder, thought it was torn rotator cuff. Dr. Parr operated the same week as Ike. He basically cleaned out the joint of bone spurs and scar tissue, with only a very minor tear in rotator cuff being ok to leave as is. I took 3 advil after surgery and that was it!!! Incredible surgeon and great guy. I would recommend Dr. Parr for any type of orthopeadic surgery. He is conservative, will do least amount of surgery needed or not at all. I found him to be very honest and easy to discuss everything with. I would definitely take my children to him if they needed any of this type of evaluation, surgery.
