Took my wife to the restaurant on a whim. We ordered the Filet Mignon, and it was the best steak we've ever had! It always has the same great taste and flavor. This is what keeps us coming back. We live in Elk Grove, and it is a long drive to Roseville, but it is worth it! We try to eat at Carver's every couple of months. Dana likes the Lobster & Filet dinner. I always stick with the 8 oz. filet mignon w/rice and get a caesar salad. The servers are always very courteous and helpful. Make reservations so you won't be dissapointed.
