After a fender-bender placed me in the hands of another insurer, I went to Paulee Body Shop simply to take advantage of the insurer's guaranteed service, and I was pleasantly surprised. Paulee Body Shop was the most professional body shop I've ever been to, and in addition to returning my car a day earlier than promised, they did excellent work. They also communicated directly with the insurer on my behalf and arranged the rental car for me to pick up and drop off at their shop. Professional, easy, and pain-free.
