Businiess name:  Bon Breads Baking Co.

Review content:
Bon Breads is dedicated exclusively to the art of artisan bread making. In 1999, master baker Carlos Pereira and a very old ?starter? (combination of flour, water, and wild yeast that gives the bread its unique flavor, crust and texture) given to him by his master, started a one man operation that quickly grew quickly. Today, Bon Breads is the most well regarded artisanal bread bakery in Las Vegas. Their products are made from scratch 7 days a week, using unbleached flours. They do not add preservatives or artificial colorants. The Bacon & Onion Batard is one of best breads I have ever had. It?s wonderful just toasted with a little butter spread on top for breakfast. I can also see this grilled up as a grilled cheese with sharp cheddar or a turkey provolone sandwich. I can?t wait to get back to Vegas for more.
