I have tried this place on two occassions. The first time I brought a large number of pieces. When I picked them up, I was informed that some of the spots could not be removed. I didn't recall any spots on my clothing, but took the cloths home and checked some of the slacks. Indeed, there were a couple of spots on the pants. I couldn't remember if they were there when I brought them in, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second occasion I brought in one tie. When I picked it up the tie had been ruined. At first she said she didn't see the spots and then said it was my fault. She would not honor the policy of paying for the damage nor would she agree to pay for the cost of the tie.
Cons: bad service, not honorable
