I had several nightmare mortgage experiences where my lenders/brokers never showed up at the closing. Then a friend recommended Friendly Mortgage to me. From the first phone call until the keys were handed to me, the experience was painless, enjoyable and almost fun. Liz, their processor, is a rock star that gets things done... fast! Believe me, I read the reviews and was skeptical, but now I realize that they are true. Mortgages are a necessary evil, why not deal with someone that is local, trusted and will treat you like a person, not a number.
Pros: Best service I've ever experienced from ANY company
Cons: I didn't know about them sooner
