This was awhile ago, so maybe I'm behind the times, but I went to St Sabrina's for my first two tattoos. The first one was on the my lower back, and it is so scarred that the tattoo is raised up an 1/8th of an inch all the time, and if it's humid, 1/4 of an inch. It is visible at all times that the tattoo is raised up and bad. No way to remove it or change it. I didn't know any better at the time, and I went back for my second tattoo, on my upper back. The lines were so shakey and terrible that I have had to have the entire thing re-done. So essentially I paid for it twice, because I wasn't going to go back to the same guy. On the other hand, every time I got pierced there it was good. None of the piercers I used to go to work there anymore. Pros: Clean shop, love the new location Cons: bad tattoo work, good piercings
