Review content:
I was shopping for a new car and Heiser seemed to be the dealer with the lowest internet prices. Met with one of the sales person and she was somewhat pushy but helpful. She was working hard as any good salesman/woman would do to negotiate prices. After completing the test drive, I handed the key to the the saleswoman as we were walking toward the negotiating desk. One of the a-hole (i'm assuming he was her manager) came looking for the keys. She reached in her pocket and handed the keys to him but he was so rude and nasty that he gave me an unsettling impression about Heiser and their internal dramas. That kind of a-hole should be fired for God sake. If it was to be blamed, I was the one because I gave her the key way too late so all she could do was to put in her pocket at the last moment. I ended up going to another dealer. I give that woman (Jen) the highest respect for doing such a fine job. I would rate my experience with Heiser a 5 stars minus that a-hole.
