REVISED: STAY AWAY!!! MGF ENTERPRISES, the property OWNERS and managers, are JUST ""SLEAZY SLUM LORDS"". They fired the wonderful property manager- likely for spending too much to make the place look (too) nice. NOW, THIS DUMP HAS GOTTEN WORSE AGAIN - AND HAS TERMITES AND MOLD. They have promised tenants and managers that they would paint and change the carpet for over 20 years! There is a VERY OLD old lady there with broken appliances and 20 year old carpet and they don't even fix anything in her apartment and she is paying more than others for the same size apartment! SLEAZY SLUM LORDS! MGF had the former sleazeball manager oogling women inappropriately and hardly ever there for over five years, BUT, a new manager who cares, they fire after 4 months for making it look too nice and spending some money to do it! MGF is just your typical sleazy slum-lord landlord property manager. MGF made the new manager, a mother of two teenagers, move out in three days or be evicted after firing her. MGF Enterprises, Inc. are just soulless, unconscionable, sleazy slum lords that literally have MANY LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM and EVERYONE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PROPERTIES!
