VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They delivered a refridgerator to my house that did not work and could not be fixed. It did not work when it was delivered. The compressor was broken and the unit did not get cold. Stayed at room temperature. I had to throw out about $200.00 worth of newly purchased food. I missed work waiting for their ""geek squad"" to say the unit could not be fixed. They could not deliver a new one to me for NINE DAYS and refused to compensate me for my losses and inconviences. I will never shop at any Best Buy again and will discourage anyone I can from from purchasing from this company.
