I visited 3 area aquarium stores (including Aquarium Depot) recently looking for a fish that is often difficult to find. While I ended up finding what I was looking for at one of the other stores, Aquarium Depot had BY FAR the nicest and most helpful staff. The people working at the other stores behave as though customers are a nuisance and seem irritated by questions. Tracking down someone to help me was also a challenge. When I went to Aquarium Depot, I was asked if I needed assistance by 3 different staff persons during the 20 minutes or so I was browsing. The one I spoke to was also professional in how he handled my questions. I'm looking forward to seeing how the renovations to their aquarium room will improve the space. I definitely recommend this store, particularly for new(ish) fishkeepers!
