I was so happy to find this feedback to see I am not alone. I am an Executive/Personal Assistant, with over 10 years experience working for a Chairman at a Fortune 500 company. I am mature, professional, well dressed, etc. I practically had to beg to get an interview at this horrendous place. The girl I met with, was so young and inexperienced. She typed the whole time we spoke which was rather unnerving. I have a ton of experience, and ""look and act the part;"" yet I get DECLINED to everything I've applied to! Seriously, this place is just awful. They don't respond to emails either. It is such a tough job market out there, you would think they would have a bit more empathy. Also, their whole online process of applying is so COLD. I am not JUST my resume.
