This was the worst vehicle purchasing experience of my life. Do not buy from this company. Just four days after purchasing a Jeep Liberty from them the truck broke when switching it from 4 wheel drive back to 2 wheel drive (with 36k miles on it!). It made a horrible boom noise like you had just run over a giant chunk of metal. And that snapped off a clamp on the exhaust - so now the Jeep was super loud as well. Their salesman had us take it to a dealership, which initially made me think it would be repaired. They told me the horrible banging noise was being caused by having different size tires? They put them on themselves! 3 generic tires and 1 Goodyear. A nice look to be sure. I found that explanation odd, but took his word for it. They kept putting us off the rest of that day and said they needed to get tire prices and weren't sure if they could help us with the cost of the tires or not....even though it was them who put the wrong ones on. I was never really sure what was going on because the salesman seemed determined to not do anything and say even less. He just kept telling me he'd call me back, but never did unless I called yet again. Two days now have come and gone with 5 kids, two working parents, and only one vehicle. I've made no less than 8 calls to this guy by now. He told me the Jeep was done and ready to be picked up and was paid for- I assumed with new tires since he told me he finally got the pricing. If you look online it takes about 1 minute to get prices by the way. Upon arrival they tried to charge me $23 for the clamp, which is about a $3 part. After a few minutes of telling the whole story to a teller she gave us the keys. We walk over to the Jeep and there it is...exactly as we had left it 2 days ago except with a clamp now on the loose pipe. Wow. I am now fixing this myself. They are useless. And the tires had nothing to do with it after all. Beware!! Do not purchase anything from these guys. Completely unprofessional and a true rip off. Pros: The price seemed great, at the time. Cons: The vehicle was broken and they don't care.
