Whoever is writing the bad reviews must be competition! I have been going here for years. When I first came to Philadelphia from the south all the girls I met were getting waxed.! went to many places only to be disappointed and wondering why someone would put their self through this pain. Let me tell you I've been to Brazil lived there 6 months and couldn't wait to get back to Emma if your wondering lol it's not done the same and hurts like crazy1. I always got bumps from shaving which made me self conscious with waxing never a problem.. With Emma or her daughter I never have had pain, it is very clean and they don't give you that pretentious vibe.
