Please know that there are two sides to every story, This customer had to have rock busted out before this pool could even be set. This fiberglass pool did not sink. There was a small hollow spot that was underneath the stair, which was fixed. This caused no cosmetic or structural damage to the pool. The fiber optic light wasn't working properly due to a certain part which was covered under warranty. As for the electrical inspection not passing, we can thank the customers for that since they purchased a pool heater elsewhere and installed it themselves and tried to have it passed under our inspection instead of pulling another permit. Sorry to say they failed the inspection due to improper installation of heater. This company has been in business for almost 20 years we have learned that you will not please everyone.
