Review content:
I took my wife's Fossil watch (a gift from her aunt) in for repair. They estimated the cost of repairing the winding stem (broken) and replacing the crystal (scratched) and the cost seemed reasonable and fair. After the two weeks they needed for the repair I called them and they regretted to inform me that they had broken the band mounting ear off of the case in the process of the repair. I went in to the shop and talked with Lorenzo Caputo and he explained what had happened. Things like this happen in the repair business... but what is rare is when people step up and make it right! I am very satisfied with the resolution and will continue to give him my business along with recommending him highly.
