I have two kids ages 12 & 4 and they have always seen Dr. Downey or other doctors in his office when he isn't there. I have never had to wait past my appointment time and when I have had to go to the sick call side the wait has only been long on one occassion but that was understandable because there was a really bad virus going around. The doctors are always great with the kids and take time to explain things and answer questions that I have. I would not change doctors offices for anything. Good doctors that you're comfortable with are hard to find and great care is worth having to wait for sometimes! Not to mention both my kids love Dr. Downey and are not scared to go to the doctors even if it's for a shot!
Pros: Doctors & Nurses are great with the kids, weekends & sick call avail.
Cons: sick call wait time is long sometimes
