Review content:
This company and the technicians are very unprofessional. They will just give you a quote off the top of their head. I also found out that the 30% discount to new customers is just a tactic to attract new customers. When the guy was here, he wasn't even able to tell me how much the labor was going to be. He told me that he had already included the 30% discount in his quote. What I learned after using this company is ""penny wise, pound foolish."" I called them because they had a low estimate fee of $35 dollars. However, they ended up charging me outrageosly. I regret allowing the technician work on my fridge. Remember: DO NOT USE THEM!
