I have lived in Kenswick for more than thirty years and have been basically satisfied with Kenswick Homeowners Asscociation until David J. of Community Asset Management began managing for KHOA. He drives carelessly on his inspection tours of the neighborhood, treats homeowners with no respect and issues inappropriate and harassing deed restriction violation notices. When asked whom one can speak to if they are having problems with him, he has declared that he is in charge and answers to no one, ignoring the fact that he answers to KHOA and KHOA answers to the home owners. With David J aboard, CAM cannot properly serve KHOA and KHOA cannot serve the home owners.
