All these bad reviews from people are so not believable considering when i had my first visit the girls there were very nice and helpful and interested in what iwanted as well as what would look nice on me. i LOVE my hair and they also have a facial person and massge too but i didnt get to that yet! but the other reviews are so not true go to Waves Salon its very nice and clean as well a pretty salon. Oh and ask for Renee or Channing.
Pros: clean, nice staff, good customer service
Cons: parking is kind of hard if you cant park on the street its kind of hassle but capples is right next to it!
