Bought an Air conditioner from them. Got home and it had two right side louvers instead of one left and one right. Went back to the store they had no idea what the part was. They had 6 of these Black and Decker Air conditioners. 3 had all left side louvers. Took a long time to get them to let me trade out the parts. No one there is knowledgeable of the products they sale, Used the Air conditioner which cost me $400.00. A total of 5 months. Put in the window this May and it is blowing hot air. I called GoodHousekeeping and was told I would get a call back, which never happened. When I did talk to someone they told me I was pretty much screwed and gave me a number to call. GoodHousekeeping does not stand behind their products. Next Time I'll go to Sams Club they have an automatic 3 year warranty.
