My washer broke about a week back and I spend the ENTIRE next day looking for a new one. I arrived at Good Housekeeping looking for a good selection at a reasonable price and was thrilled to see a great selection with free shipping! They were able to deliver the washer next day (they told me they deliver Tuesday-Saturday), and the delivery was quick and the delivery men were pleasant and extremely helpful. I was a bit nervous getting about getting a ""high tech"" front load washer, but they were able to explain it to me in a way that was polite and helpful. Overall my experience was fantastic, and I will continue to shop there. If you're in the area, I'd said this is the best shop around.
