Note that this Chestnut Hill location in the Atrium is probably a little bit weaker than some other locations. Service tends to be slower and mixed up. Food comes out cold a lot. Waits tend to be long, sometimes just because they aren't very fast to pick up and make the table. Seems like a management issue. We still come here because it's convenient and beats the other Chestnut Hill mall options. Great menu variety and good food (for a chain). Portions are huge, so the value is good even if the per entree price is high. You can split most things between 2.
