The Pizza Hut location in Mayfield Heights, Ohio is owned by Midland Food Services LLC in Independence, Ohio; Midland owns over 100 Pizza Hut restaurants and was not responsive to my customer service needs. The Pizza Hut brand name is owned by YUM! Brands, Inc., a large public corporation with possible affiliation to Pepsico, Inc., an even larger public corporation. While the food quality at this location is consistent with the other Pizza Huts I have patronized, one must wonder the overall concept of Pizza Hut for the American Lifestyle when three large corporate entities with PLENTY of personnel cannot resolve a SIMPLE overbilling by the order taker at 1-216-524-4444. Midland Food Services LLC is not even aware of the commercial sales that are currently being run on television by YUM! Brands, Inc. Not the smartest people over there at Midland Food Services LLC, which makes sense since Pizza Hut is a stupid concept using the subpar ingredients and food service procedures; certainly the Mayfield Heights location has failed time and again to make me satisfied. That is why 95% of my pizza delivery orders are from Papa Johns. I find Papa Johns much more responsive and quality in ALL areas of service and food quality day in and day out. Make sure you do not order meats on your thin and crispy as everything but the outside crust will be soft and greasy. Although I enjoy their nondeliverable macaroni dishes and their breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, and even sandwiches are enjoyable and possibly of good ingredients, their pizzas (more times than not their pan pizzas are uncooked and doughy in the middle (rushed for the convenience of the delivery and drivers) and the fact that their unresponsive customer service and virtually everyone of the many employees I spoke with at all three large corporations were not competent and caring enough for me is what puts Pizza Hut VERY LOW on my food desired and I DO NOT RECOMMEND PIZZA HUT for anyone, anywhere, at any time.
