Review content:
I would not recommend this service to anyone because the owner displays poor customer service skills. Once hearing my voice, and stereotyping, she attempted to book an appointment three weeks out, and when I obliged, she attempted to use another tactic which had to do with appointment times and then I was told to call back in three weeks. How Dumb does that sound!! Why would I call back in three weeks to be pushed further out with an appointment. Well, for lack of a better word, Unprofessional. She then stated perhaps I should call another company. WOW! I was told to call another company because her accomodations were perfect for me. Doesn't that sound...... Anyway, I would think that a business owner would be intelligent enough to tell a customer what is on their mind. If you did not want to do the resume for me because of the sound in my voice, and u know what that means, then you should have said that! Thus, I would never reccommend you to anyone.
Pros: The owner sounded old enough that professionalism should have been mastered, but it wasn't.
Cons: Thumbs Down! Poor Customer Service Skills! Unprofessional.
