Review content:
Had an emergency in town with family visiting for the holiday, needed an extra car. Reserved with this place (1900 Boren in Seattle) on travelocity because it was close to our house. Went down there to pick up the car, as soon as I pulled into the parking lot the attendant (middle aged shortish white guy with glasses and lots of douchy rings on his fingers) comes out of his booth and asks with a markedly hostile and suspicious tone ""can I help you?"" I said ""I had a reservation....."" He interupts me, ""had or have? There is a big difference there, which one is it?!"" Not off to a good start. I get in the booth, and hand him my travelocity print out--""my wife and I HAVE a reservation."" ""Well, where is she?"" in that same rude a-holish tone. She comes in, he says, no joke, ""Ok, I am going to talk to you because I don't believe anything he's saying."" Wife pulls out her license, debit card, he immediately says ""can't do it unless you have proof of employment and a recent utility bill."" Nevermind we rent cars ALL THE TIME and have never needed these things. Fine, how about using her father's credit card (he is with us at the time.) Nope, can't do that either. Again, incredibly rude about all of it. I could have rented in my name, or my wife's father in his, but by this point I was so fed up with this jerk's attitude that I decided to take my business elsewhere. (Went online and made a new res with Avis and had NO PROBLEM.)
