After reading all the different reviews on this place, I thought I'd give it a try. But this was by far the most expensive and most unsatisfying hair treatment I've ever had! I had done my homework prior to going here. Knowing that the owner would cost more but he was the only one available at the time that I wanted to go. I made an appointment for a body wave and only that. When I got there, I got talked into getting a haircut that I didn't really want which was fine. I don't mind. Then they proceed to start on the body wave. After they washed out the chemicals, my hair was limp! So he realizes this and asks if I have time to re-do the process because it didn't work the first time. So of course I said sure, redo it. Then they re-did the whole thing again. While this was happening, he went to help another customer!? and totally rushed through it. After a 2nd round, my hair was STILL limp! And he said my hair was UNPERMABLE?! uhm I've had my hair permed before and it's not unpermable.... so he continued to just style it and dry it with the dryer?.. who's ever heard of having their perm blown out? ugh.. and when i went to pay, not only did they NOT offer me a discount but they charged me for the perm and a cut and proceeded to offer me a membership card!!! UH no thanks!!! I will never go back! So disappointed!!!!! Pros: nice 15 min back/shoulder massage
