I have nothing bad to say about the products...b/c hey you can buy them anywhere. However, the service is terrible. We went to buy a computer and the guy working just kept trying to add on extra features after we told him exactly what we wanted. He tried to put things on our computer that weren't even needed! He knew exactly what he was doing. I don't appreciate them trying to rip us off. The BB in Cedar Park doesn't do that (so far at least).
Make sure you know your product and what you need before you go in or they will take advantage of you and your money. Go to CP/Lakeline Mall. The service is much better.
