My Dad found a bike online which he liked. When I called the Ennis store to inquire Brent was very helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us set up. He had a unit for us at the Athens store and suggested he set us up to purchase it at that store since it was closer to us.
I received a call from Mark at the Athens store at closing time on Saturday since we hadn't made it in yet. He left me a vm including his cell phone # for me to call back on. When I later saw the missed call and retrieved my vm, I called him back...at 6:00 Saturday evening. He offered to make himself available to us anytime on Sunday or early on Monday morning, when the store is normally closed.
That's great customer service in my books. I'm looking forward to going in with my Dad on Monday for his purchase and expect nothing less than great service.
